If a certain kind of dress constitutes a grave and proximate occasion of sin and endangers the salvation of your soul and others', it is your DUTY to give it up." - Pope Pius XII
A lot of what he says is perhaps hard to hear...even seems a bit "radical."
But I have a feeling if we all were to really pray about it, how could we argue with anything he is saying?
"But I say to you, that whosoever shall look on a woman to lust after her, hath already committed adultery with her in his heart." (Mt 5:28)
